Visitor Access & Administrative Guidance
Reaching 40 Residence Rue du Milieu & Common Public Inquiries
Our administrative desk and editorial archive room are located in the heart of Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf (postal code 42520), along the eastern boundary of the Loire department near the Rhone River bridge connecting toward Sablons and Péage-de-Roussillon. Visitors arriving by regional train via the Saint-Clair-du-Rhone or Péage-de-Roussillon TER stations can connect via local departmental bus routes along the RD1086 axis or request advance volunteer shuttle coordination when registering for a public showcase or Saturday workshop.
Step-free ground-floor consultation is available for visitors using wheelchairs, mobility aids, or strollers. Quiet acoustic appointment slots outside group workshop hours can also be arranged by calling +33 4 48 69 62 41 so residents with sensory sensitivities or hearing impairments can speak comfortably with our coordinators.
Common Questions Addressed by Our Secretariat
1. Is there any fee for independent musicians or festivals requesting media coverage or press photography?
Never. MEUTE SOUND operates as a strictly non-commercial Association Loi 1901. Editorial articles, live concert photography, and artist biography sheets are produced entirely free of charge based on artistic discovery value and public cultural interest. We never offer paid press placements or commercial agency packages.
2. Can a rural municipality, school, or public library co-host a listening session or youth sound workshop?
Yes. Any public educational institution, municipal cultural committee, or fellow non-profit association within the Loire, Isere, Rhone, or Ardeche departments may write to our secretariat to propose a joint acoustic workshop, archival concert photography exhibition, or free public showcase governed by a transparent non-profit convention.
3. Do families or senior citizens need digital tickets to attend MEUTE SOUND concerts?
No digital tickets or paid passes exist for our community concerts. Doors open thirty minutes prior to every scheduled showcase with free public entry, printed program notes at the door, and volunteer stewards ready to guide elders and families to comfortable seating.
4. How can citizens inspect the association's statutory records or annual activity reports?
Consolidated statutes (RNA W423014312, SIREN 905033056), prefectural receipts, and approved Annual Moral and Activity Reports are kept available for public consultation during Wednesday open desk hours at 40 Residence Rue du Milieu or sent electronically as PDF documents upon written request.
